To train high-level professionals who develop research in surgery and related disciplines, providing them with facilities for making advancements in the field, both in the academic exercise, the generation of new knowledge and the solution of priority problems.
The Program also aims to deepen knowledge in the different areas of Surgery and related disciplines, to promote the development of surgical disciplines, to train students to propose and develop scientific and technological research projects, to promote professional performance that is valuable, creative and innovative.
Degree of Bachelor of Medicine or Dentistry, Professional Degree of Medical Surgeon or Degree of specialist in Surgery or related disciplines; Obtained in Higher Education Institutions, national or foreign, recognized by the Ministry of Education. English at basic and instrumental level.
Description of studiesThe program consists of 30 credits: 20 from subject studies and 10 from the Thesis.
