General objectiveThe program aims to train graduates capable of holding superior and executive positions in organizations of regional, national or international scope whether profit or non-profit. It also aims to ensure training with high academic standards, and to promote innovation, social responsibility and global vision, in line with the mission of the Faculty of Law and Business Sciences of the University of La Frontera.

Specific objectives

• Broaden knowledge in matters relevant to the senior management of organizations.
• Develop management skills relevant to senior management of organizations.
• Propose innovative solutions that create value for the organization and its environment.

Professional profile of the graduate
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduate will be able to lead change processes by making management decisions about complex issues that affect the organization.
He or she will be able to autonomously detect opportunities and design innovative proposals which create value for the organization and the regional and national environment with a global look.
His managerial skills and his critical analysis of the context will allow him to face change as an opportunity for business and social innovation.
